At Enso we hope to create the
space for all to gain a greater understanding of inter-connectedness,
mindfulness, balance, and living in the present moment. We chose this
name and symbol for our business for it empowering qualities of how to
live naturally. By healing ourselves we find more resources to help our
families, friends, communities, state, country, world, and more.
MISSION STATEMENT
Our mission is to have the finest Wellness Center & Day Spa in the Midwest providing the highest level of guest experiences and healing services that rejuvenate and enhance quality of life; while preserving and promoting the serene natural beauty and the property’s retreat quality. We are committed to sustainability in all business practices.

Darcy & Michael Schwerin - Owners
Darcy’s Bio:
Following a career in marketing and photography, Darcy completed Esthetisian training and certification at the Institute of Beauty and Wellness, an Aveda Institute in Milwakee Wisconsin. Her training included two Cidesco certified instructors, an international certification board for world standards in Esthiology.
Darcy has done countless hours of research to provide
Enso with the most effective natural skincare line. Upon discovering Naturopathica, she worked and trained side-by-side with the staff to
fully understand the benefits of this skincare line. “Our skin tell a story of what the rest our body is
going through and its needs. I am using my education and training to
help people find wellness through improving skin.”
Darcy’s yoga has played an important role in her own wellness. She has
studied Mysore-style Ashtanga yoga for 10 years, and advancing her practice studying with Tias Little, at Prajna Yoga in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Devoting time to this
practice has strengthened her not only physically, but mentally and
emotionally as well. She continues her practice with the same drive and
passion she had when she started. She offers a classes and privates year round
Darcy has found inspiration through her photography as well. She worked with the Santa Fe Photographic Workshops in Santa Fe New Mexico. She spent 6 years with the organization, most recently as Marketing Director. “Being continually surrounded by the creative energy of photographers was a constant inspiration, and made me not only a better photographer, but a much more dynamic individual.”
Michael’s Bio:
Michael Schwerin has been using muscle release techniques since 2000. He went to school at the New Mexico Academy of Healing Arts in Santa Fe New Mexico. He then started learning and working with a mentorship program where techniques for Myofascial release, Neuromuscular therapy, and Craniosacral Sacred Spaces were enhanced. He continued his education by completing a full program in Visceral Manipulation from the Barral Institute and is now working on completing a specialty program in craniosacral for babies. “Through continual learning I have gained more awareness of my place in this world. By experiencing life, self examining and learning these types of bodywork I have been able to assist others discover a greater understanding of themselves.”
Michael has been a studying a variety of yoga throughout his life, most recently a 3-year practice with Mysore-style Ashtanga yoga, originated by Sri. Pattabhi Jois in the 1930s. He has been practicing several styles of meditation and is presently developing his practice from the “Skill Meditation Project” using “ “Recollective Awareness Meditation”.
