How much time do you need for your massage? Here are some tips to think about when choosing how much time you need for your session.

• 60 minutes focuses on 1 focus area (example: shoulders) and then a bit of time on full body. or 2 focus areas specifically.

• If you feel like there are more specific issues you need to be working on, it could be worth while to jump to a 75 minute or 90 minute massage, this will allow for the therapist to focus directly on any specific areas while allowing enough time to get to the full body as well. Give us a call, and we are more than happy to talk through what your needs are so you can receive the most customized service possible. Always remember that every persons tissues will vary, so it is important to know the sessions will always vary from person to person.
