This fun and freeing class offers creative posture
sequencing and flow, uniting your breathe with your body. It provides a
complete workout, strengthening and lengthening every muscle while
calming your mind and invigorating your spirit. The pace and intensity
are geared for those with some general fitness experience.
$10 per class or 10-punch pass
